Submission of documents
The applicant shall submit a submission to the Ministry of Agriculture of the special permit (licence) for commercial activities in fishery, which shall be accompanied by the receipt of relevant documents.
Evaluation of the applicant 's application
The submission of the applicant shall evaluate the licensing commission approved by the Minister for Agriculture. When assessing the application of an applicant for the licensing commission shall take into account a number of significant criterion (the available fishing limits, the tax debt is the existence of a minimum turnover from economic activity per month per worker, in the fishing vessel sailing capability certificate period of validity, fishing law breaches, etc.).
Issuance of a licence
In the course of trade in fishery in the applicant receives a license, presenting a document certifying the payment of the payment of state fee and sign the register of licences issued.
Agreement on the lease of industrial fishing rights
The Ministry of Agriculture concludes an agreement on the lease of industrial fishing rights and prepares an annual protocol setting out the fishing limits available to the fisherman with applicants who have received a license to engage in commercial fishing in international waters and in the Baltic Sea beyond coastal waters.
The fee for the limits is determined in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers 11.08.2009. Regulation No. 918 "Regulations regarding the Lease of Water Bodies and Industrial Fishing Rights and the Procedure for the Use of Fishing Rights" 2. ' Annex I and shall be made in accordance with the payment arrangements set out in the annual protocol.
